Cheers & Beers, co-organized with our good friends at Lift Aerospace, is the original aviation happy hour. What started in 2018 as a small gathering of about 35 aviation professionals has grown into a staple of the aviation community with 250+ attendees. The relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere of the Tank Brewing provides a unique opportunity for networking, socializing, and connecting with industry peers.
To further enhance the event’s impact, we regularly feature a raffle with proceeds used to support the approximately 150 children at the ABF Learning Center in Homestead, FL. The generous contributions from attendees helped to support the educational needs of local children, further demonstrating the event's commitment to giving back.

In partnership with MD Turbines we organize the South Florida Aviation Cup, a soccer tournament for aviation companies in the region. The event features teams consisting of aviation professionals competing in 5 vs 5 format. Each year the tournament attracts wide audience from various major aviation companies headquarter in South Florida. The event serves as a networking opportunity to meet professionals from the industry and businesses outside of aviation as well. To ensure family-friendly atmosphere, the event includes entertainment for children, food trucks, and DJ. Additionally, One Blood will be present to host a blood drive, and a financial donation will be made to a local athletic club. The winning team will also have the opportunity to choose a charity to receive a financial donation.

The FLY BY FIESTA, a joint venture by Focused Air Group, AJ Walters, and B&W Aviation, is renowned for being an unforgettable celebration at the ALTA CCMA conference. With each passing year, this vibrant party has outdone itself, setting new standards for fun and excitement. From the rooftop bar in Cartagena, Colombia, to the picturesque bay in Cancun, Mexico, and most recently the stunning Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, the FLY BY FIESTA has consistently delivered an extraordinary experience for attendees. The lively atmosphere, infectious music, delicious food, and refreshing drinks create an ambiance that leaves everyone feeling energized and exhilarated. It's a night of camaraderie, celebration, and unforgettable memories that attendees eagerly anticipate each year.
Focused Air Group and Lift Aerospace has partnered for the past 8 years to spread some holiday cheer among the children of the ABF Learning center in Homestead, Florida. The school is serving children ages 1 to 18, mostly underprivileged, as well as children of the military members from the nearby Air Reserve Base.
ABF was established in 2007 with 18 students. Just one year later, expanded to more than 100 students, and, just a few years later, transitioned operations to a new facility. Immediately following the move, the learning center experienced another significant growth in size expanding to over 200 students. In addition to its neuro-typical schooling services, ABF Learning Center also provides behavioral and speech therapy.
After the last expansion, we have asked our good friends at Martec Aviation if they would like to assist us with the Christmas event, and they joined us without any hesitation.
By partnering with ABF Learning Center, Focused Air Group, Lift Aerospace, and Martec Aviation are demonstrating their commitment to giving back to the community and making a positive impact on the lives of local children.
